Service Description

In this Women's Yoga Circle -Elemental Yoga Session, you are invited to gently let go of the day, re-align and weave our way through the elements as we ground with the earth, flow with the waters, warm the joints and energise the spirit, and breathe through the gentle breeze of ongoing change. together we will move, stretch breathe and relax, as we learn to both strengthen, relax and meditate upon what it means to be present in each moment. A deeply relaxing class, A perfect wind down session before bedtime, and a lovely way to start your working week. A gentle and nurturing class, focussing on self-awareness and self-care.
