Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic (usually opened mouth) connected breathing technique. we breathe without pause between the in breath and the out breathe, and we breathe to music. It is an activating breathing method which can support with trauma release, emotional expression, and nervous system recalibration. It can also support a feeling of conscious connection to feeling fully alive!

It can have a variety of benefits, from increasing  feelings of vitality  ecstatic awareness and joy, to supporting the breathwork participant in moving through the deeper and often more difficult emotions such as sadness, grief, anger or fear etc.

​

It is not an everyday practice, nor is it for everyone, but the effects of a Conscious Connected Breathwork Session can be transformational. 

​

We will be holding a Circle and Ceremonial space, which aims to be a supportive container,  for breathing and sharing, monthly, at Ullet Rd Church, beginning on Sunday 1st October 2023. You are invited to come along, drop down, breathe and connect your breath, yourself as we co-create a space for co-creation, community, connection.
