About the event
Do you ever feel like there is something inside you that is yearning for expression, healing and transformation, and connection, yet you may not be able find a space to express this in your everyday life?
A conscious connected breathwork session can provide a powerful and safely held container for you to explore exactly this. Whether it is laughter, tears, a primordial sound, an organic movement, when we learn to breathe in conscious connection to the body’s wisdom, we learn to navigate life differently. We co-create a sacred space in circle and ceremony and we then breathe to music. It is often experienced as a beautiful transformative experience, and can also be a supportive tool in helping the body to release the effects of trauma.
Every session is different, as your breath carries its own wisdom in each moment. Some sessons can feel incredibly powerful, and others can feel gentle,…
