About the event

Come and join us by the fire, for this monthly Circle of Breathwork, Ceremony & Conscious Connection to ourselves and each other, as we weave the threads of our common stories through the fabric of our lives, via the medicine of the breath.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic breathing technique which can be practiced as a tool for transformation, somatic healing, and it can also provide a supportive container trauma release.

It is an open mouth connected breathing technique, with no pause between the in breath and the out breath which supports the body to follow its own wisdom as we breathe through each moment with present moment awareness and felt sense.

Conscious Breathing in this way supports the rebalancing of the nervous system of the nervous system, enabling the bodymind to  come back into connection with itself where perhaps it may otherwise feel disconnected.

We breathe to music, and a session can take us through a whole spectrum of emotions. All is welcome as we co-create a supportive container, and breathe ourselves home.

Conscious Connected breathwork is not an everyday practice, and its important to follow the guidance of a trained facilitator.

There are some medical conditions which are contra-indicated, and you are asked to read and sign a health waiver before participation.
