You are invited to come and spend some time with your Inner Beloved this Valentines Day. Inviting you into the Temple of Self Love via the wonderful pathway of conscious breath. In this month's Circle and Ceremony, we will be making the inquiry via the breath into the question 'What does Love really wish for me?'.

All too often it is easy in everyday life, to get lost in the mental chatter of everyday activity and it becomes all too easy to feel separated from our hearts true voice, which can in turn leave us feeling excluded or separate from life and the mystery of love both within ourselves and in the way that we relate to others.
