Service Description

In this Elemental Yoga Session, we will gently let go of the day, re-align and weave our way through the elements as we ground with the earth, flow with the waters, warm the joints and energise the spirit, and breathe through the gentle breeze of ongoing change. We learn to both strengthen, relax and meditate upon being present in every moment. A deeply relaxing class, A perfect wind down session before bedtime, and a lovely way to start your working week. A gentle and nurturing class, focussing on self-awareness and self-care.
