The offering: A gentle to intermediate session with more of an emphasis on creating space for inner reflection and meditation upon how the yogic elements of (earth, water, fire, air, space and light) weave their way through the chakras (subtle energy centres) in both our inner and outer lives. This will be a yoga class with a community circle type feel, a place of sanctuary, rest and rejuvenation.

Together we will breathe, stretch, relax and meditate upon how these elements can attune our bodies, hearts and minds back into a state of balance with the natural cycles of life.  Classes will include deep relaxation and meditations relating to each element/chakra, so the invitation is for you to create a 'nest' either in class or in your home with a mat if you have one, a blanket, and cushions if you need them, for a nice long yoga nidra (deep relaxation) at the end of the session.

All are welcome, beginners and seasoned yogis alike. The intention is to create a warm nurturing space for gentle wind down, healing rest and rejuvenation, and connection.

Payments can be made below, which  will lead you through to my secure paypal link.

So I look forward to sharing some beautiful yoga with you
